Everllence is part of Volkswagen group. The headquarters are in Augsburg (Germany), while the Italian branch Everllence Italia Srl has been established in 2007 and has its main offices in Genova and Lomagna (near Monza).

The company has three strategic business units (SBU): industry, marine and power focusing on all the industrial applications & processes requiring turbomachinery (compressors, turbines and expanders), marine applications (4- and 2-stroke engines, turbochargers, propellers, SCR and propulsion systems) and power plants based on large size engines. Everllence ES portfolio also includes decarbonization solutions, such as green methanol and ammonia fueled engines, heat pumps, CCS and PEM electrolyzers, with the ambitious target of reducing 10% global CO2 emissions in 2030 thanks to its technologies and applications.
