Satiz TPM is a strongly innovation-oriented organization, which, thanks to a group of experts with
specific and different skills, is able to supply technical, engineering and multimedia services.
Its Oil &Gas Unit, located in Florence, Pisa and Piacenza, supports the customer in engineer-
ing services, technical manuals (MDR/IOM/Data books), Document Controller, and certifications
(technical regulations and Standards – TR&S) in Euro Asiatic Economic Union nations, North
America (USA e Canada), India and Algeria.
Continuous training courses have made our resources versatile and interchangeable both in the
use of several 3D modelling software and in the roles within the project. We can offer figures of ANIMP DIRECTORY 2025/2026
PM, PE, DE, QC and QE to our customers.
In November 2023, Satiz TPM acquired the majority stake in Omniaproject Engineering S.r.l.
(www.omniaproject.com), a company specialised in Industrial Automation, Electrical and Me- ANNUARIO ANIMP 2025/2026
chanical Design for Plant Engineering and Oil & Gas.
Through this industrial integration project, Satiz TPM is able to provide Technical and Design
Services in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental and Industrial Automation Engineering.
In 2018 Satiz TPM joined TPS Group. Today the Group, founded in 1964 in Gallarate, represents
one of the most important Italian leading suppliers of technical services for aeronautic, auto-
motive, defense and Oil &Gas industries; the Group, with 13 offices in Italy and 3 abroad, relies
strongly on human resources (today the team is made up of more than 600 experts) and on
innovation.
In recent years, the Group has invested in Research and Development (R&D) implementing soft-
ware platforms, which through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) enable the management and
processing of digital content and open up new frontiers in the enjoyment of technical content.
In November 2016, the shown reliability in industrial approach, the shared ethical values and
the validity of its corporate control systems, allowed TPS Group to achieve the Borsa Italiana
ELITE certificate, listing it as one of Italy’s top SMEs. Few months later, on 28th March 2017, 297
TPS Group achieved another important result, being listed on the AIM market, the Italian Stock
Exchange. The Group has a turnover of more than 50€ ML Euro and it achieved the EN 9100
and EN 27001 certificates.
