The structures were built according to the EXC3
execution class, in accordance with EN 1090, and
the steel used is quality S275JR, according to EN
10025. All the structures were prefabricated at the
Monsud factory in Tufo (AV).
The sequence of working of steel structures was as
follows:
• sandblasting of beams, profiles, sheets and
pipes carried out with OMSC blasting machine
with 8 turbines, Turbotecnica 16 turbines;
• cutting, drilling and marking operations carried
out with GEMINI/FICEP automatic lines with
numerical control for L-beams and profiles;
• cutting, drilling and pre-processing of the
plates and handkerchiefs for the composition
of the knots performed with automatic thermal
cut (plasma /oxy-cut) ESAB table 3000 x
1600 with numerical control assisted by
